Role Overview:

As a Junior Consulting Engineer (JCE), you will engage in a premier training program that equips you with essential on-the-job skills. You will work on meaningful projects that align with your expertise and learn from industry-leading professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and business teams of clients post-project implementation to prepare for more complex future engagements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Enhance the lifecycle of monitoring and observability tools, overseeing product development and automation from design to continual improvement.
  • Technical Engagement: Partner with clients during troubleshooting, design consulting, and software platform development, ensuring effective capacity planning and launch reviews.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Observe sales activities, understand client needs, and provide technical expertise on specific platforms and applications.
  • Project Planning: Participate in kickoff meetings, communicate client requirements to the project team, and validate the scope of work.
  • Design Contribution: Review design documents and assist in developing client solutions through collaborative technology design sessions.
  • Implementation Tasks: Execute assigned engagement activities, troubleshoot issues, and manage service requests, including configuration and software updates.
  • Operational Improvement: Engage in post-incident reviews, identify resolution opportunities, and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Consultative Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with one of the following:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in system administration or software development, or
  • A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, accompanied by at least 1 year of practical experience in system administration or software development.
