  • Product Knowledge and Expertise

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Properly document customer paperwork and ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the dealership.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to meet sales goals in a timely manner.
    • Proven success in building relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to use sales and customer relation software applications.
