Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides essential support to two high-level executives within
Allina Health:
the President and the Vice President of Medical Affairs. This role primarily requires an onsite presence, with occasional responsibilities at other facilities.
Role Responsibilities:
Key Competencies:
- Upholding strict confidentiality
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective prioritization of tasks
- Documenting meeting minutes accurately
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Organizing and facilitating internal events, projects, and committees
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Efficient calendar management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership is required
- An Associate's or Vocational degree is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications is essential
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
Physical Requirements:
Light Work:
Occasionally lifting weights up to 20 lbs and frequently up to 10 lbs.
