Role Summary:
The Real Estate Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational functions of Property Management, focusing on procurement and maintenance tasks while adhering to the organization's policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of proven experience in an administrative support capacity.
  • Familiarity with standard office practices and business operations.
  • Proficient in MS Word and its functionalities.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional and positive interaction skills.
  • Clear and effective communication over the phone.
  • Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at managing paperwork with varying deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
