About the Role

RADIAS Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our teams. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining files, documentation, and electronic record keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy of client records in electronic health record (EHR) system for assigned programs by:
  • Maintaining MN-ITS MHIS data entry per program requirements.
  • Preparing, exporting, and providing reports as requested by program supervisors and staff.
  • Complying with and maintaining all protected health information.
  • Prioritizing and organizing daily tasks for efficient and timely completion.
  • Providing coverage at the Front Desk as needed.
  • Assisting other administrative assistants with projects and assignments as needed.
  • Picking up, preparing, and dropping off company mail.
  • Providing back-up for check preparations/ACH transfers for the Representative Payee program based on business need.
  • Billing 'Waivered Para' services as appropriate, at minimum once per month.
  • Downloading and attaching Initial Assessments and/or Reassessments.
  • Performing audits and presenting findings to the team for follow-up.
  • Completing Records Requests and/or International Classification of Diseases (ICD)10 requests.
  • Addressing annual paperwork as appropriate.
  • Intake paperwork/AMRTC records for WIT clients must be added upon opening client.
  • Confirming data for County of Responsibility and County of Residence are updated and correct in client profile.
  • Addressing and managing Social Security/Court/Rule 20 requests for records and using EMRS website as appropriate.
  • Creating/Preparing surveys and quarterly reporting for CCST.
  • Running, exporting, and providing BI reports (What's Due, ROI etc) to Program Director and staff as appropriate.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-year Associate's Degree.
  • Experience with Tumbleweed and MN-Choices software.
