- Collaborate with claims administrators to resolve small claims and maintain Risk Management SharePoint site
- Review and store insurance policies and maintain accurate records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and keep information organized
- Previous experience with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
