Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

  • Project Assistance: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by executives.

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Task Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests, tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity, ideally supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to draft correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and communications with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation: The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $56,250 and $75,000. DTN operates on a pay-for-performance model, allowing for compensation advancement based on performance over time. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors, including prior work experience, education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws.
