Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, elevate customer interaction through engaging email marketing campaigns, oversee our innovative loyalty program, and serve as the key contact for our paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, a solid grasp of CRM practices, and a genuine passion for clean beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and strategize a monthly Email/SMS calendar, crafting captivating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Work cross-departmentally with Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Customer Service teams to enhance and personalize the customer journey.
  • Lead the creation of all CRM-related materials in conjunction with our Creative team to ensure consistency with our brand identity.
  • Develop and implement segmentation and suppression lists to effectively reduce user churn and increase engagement.
  • Optimize automated messages to provide a seamless and enjoyable customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality.
  • Utilize dynamic tools and automation techniques to improve personalization while ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices in all CRM activities.
  • Produce insightful reports on a regular basis to monitor business KPIs and guide strategic decisions.
  • Loyalty Program Management:
  • Oversee and enhance our customer loyalty program, focusing on retention, engagement, and lifetime value through innovative rewards.
  • Analyze loyalty program data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design and implement successful loyalty initiatives that align with our core values.
  • Generate regular reports to track program performance and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Paid Advertising Coordination:
  • Act as the main liaison between the digital marketing team and our paid advertising partners, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Assist in developing and executing impactful paid social media and display advertising campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize budgets and creative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in driving customer engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills that contribute to team success.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and Email/SMS KPIs to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and presenting findings for improved campaign performance.
  • A passion for clean beauty and a commitment to making a positive impact in the beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics; experience with Listrak and Yotpo is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the beauty or retail sectors is advantageous.
