This client-facing role encompasses all aspects of customer marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, budgeting, creative execution, data management, production, and performance tracking. The successful individual will ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies based on customer insights.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to perform in-depth analyses of marketing data, extracting actionable insights to inform both client and internal decisions.
  • Effectively communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of user data flow and propose best practices to optimize processes and standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, designers, and client service managers, who are dedicated to the success of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external controls for managing client data, reports, marketing materials, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Design concepts for testing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure effective communication throughout all campaign phases.
  • Manage client relationships through both written and verbal communication.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews to assess performance and strategize future initiatives.
  • Ensure quality control throughout projects and facilitate client approvals.
  • Maintain a weekly status report to keep both clients and internal teams informed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in strategic marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years in CRM, digital marketing, online retail marketing, or enterprise marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating A/B test plans, automated customer journeys, and audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analytics and reporting tools across various channels.
  • Ability to thrive in a semi-structured environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for marketing and technology.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
