Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst for CRM will serve as the primary reporting and analytics resource for the CRM team, focusing on email and SMS marketing initiatives. This role involves monitoring and analyzing the overall effectiveness of EBG's CRM programs, including list growth, channel performance, campaign results, and testing outcomes. You will play a crucial role in identifying performance drivers and suggesting strategies to enhance key performance indicators such as open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

Your analytical insights will be vital in helping EBG deliver value to its users, clients, and partners while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Assess and report on the health of email and SMS lists, monitoring new subscriber acquisition, unsubscribes, bounces, and overall engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and internal data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility for reporting and analytics.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts to optimize content, subject lines, send times, and other critical elements for improved performance.
  • Evaluate the role of email and SMS within the broader marketing strategy and their impact on customer acquisition, retention, and website behavior.
  • Assist the CRM team in developing targeted lists and cross-channel strategies based on customer behavior and attributes.
  • Implement advanced segmentation and contact strategies in partnership with the Digital Marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of all marketing channels.
  • Summarize key insights and recommendations for various internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments based on trust and collaboration.
Compensation:

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000, determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, and market alignment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in CRM analytics, specifically in email program reporting and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C email marketing, database marketing, data integration, and CRM.
  • Extensive experience with marketing mix models, multi-channel attribution, customer segmentation, and incrementality measurement.
  • Proficient in handling large data sets and utilizing BI tools (Tableau preferred) for data visualization.
  • Experience with enterprise-level digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and ability to lead projects effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work onsite two days a week.
