Position Summary:The Senior CRM Analyst will serve as the primary reporting and analytics expert for the CRM team, focusing on email and SMS marketing initiatives. This role involves monitoring and analyzing the overall performance of EBG's CRM programs, including list growth, channel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and testing results. You will be tasked with identifying performance drivers and proposing strategies to enhance key performance indicators such as open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Your analytical insights will play a crucial role in EBG's mission to deliver value to our users, clients, and partners while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and report on the performance metrics of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Evaluate email and SMS list health, tracking new subscribers, unsubscribes, bounces, and overall engagement.
- Collaborate with the Email Service Provider and internal data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility for reporting purposes.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts to optimize various campaign elements, including content, subject lines, and send times.
- Assess the role of email and SMS within the broader marketing strategy, analyzing their impact on customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist the CRM team in developing targeted lists and cross-channel strategies based on customer behavior.
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies in partnership with the Digital Marketing team to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Summarize insights and recommendations for diverse internal audiences, including senior leadership.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships across departments based on trust and mutual respect.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000, determined by various factors including experience, skills, and market alignment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM analytics, specifically in email program reporting and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of B2C email marketing, database marketing, and CRM practices.
- Proficient in marketing mix models, multi-channel attribution, and customer segmentation.
- Expertise in managing large data sets and utilizing BI tools, preferably Tableau, for data visualization.
- Experience with enterprise-level digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to project management and communication.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work onsite two days a week.
