Position Overview

The Senior Analyst for CRM will serve as the primary reporting and analytics resource for the CRM team, focusing on email and SMS marketing initiatives. This role involves monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of EBG's CRM programs, including subscriber growth, channel effectiveness, campaign results, and testing outcomes. You will be tasked with identifying performance drivers and proposing solutions and testing methodologies to enhance key performance indicators such as open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

Your analytical insights will play a crucial role in EBG's mission to deliver value to our users, clients, and partners while driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report on the performance metrics of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Evaluate the health of email and SMS subscriber lists, tracking new subscribers by source, unsubscribes, bounces, and overall engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and internal data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility for reporting and analytics.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize various elements such as content, subject lines, and send times for improved performance.
  • Assess the role of email and SMS within the broader marketing strategy and their impact on customer acquisition, retention, and online behavior.
  • Assist the CRM team in developing targeted lists and cross-channel communication strategies based on customer behaviors and attributes.
  • Implement advanced segmentation and contact strategies in partnership with the Digital Marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of all marketing channels.
  • Present key insights and recommendations clearly to various internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments based on trust and collaboration.
Compensation: Salary Range: $110-150k

Salary will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM analytics, specifically in reporting and analyzing email marketing programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C email marketing, database marketing, data integration, and CRM practices.
  • Extensive experience with marketing mix models, multi-channel attribution, customer segmentation, and measurement of incrementality.
  • Proficient in handling large, complex datasets and utilizing BI tools (Tableau preferred) for data visualization.
  • Experience with enterprise-level digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to lead projects effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability to work onsite two days per week.
