The Opportunity

The Role
As a key member of our CRM Consulting team, you will collaborate with marketers from some of the most cherished consumer brands, helping them navigate crucial customer base challenges such as acquiring high-value customers, fostering loyalty among existing clients, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with marketers to uncover trends, opportunities, and valuable segments that inform and measure growth strategies.
  • Partner with clients to craft cross-channel marketing initiatives, assess performance, and provide optimization recommendations, aiming to deliver exceptional value through customer data.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the innovations and challenges faced by leading brands, and work alongside them to create personalized, customer-centric experiences.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of Amperity's services with client objectives.
  • Contribute to the collective expertise shared within our community.
About You
  • A minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, customer insights, agency roles, or other strategic client-facing positions, or within a digital marketing function at a retailer or direct-to-consumer business.
  • A solid understanding of marketing strategies, frameworks, and best practices, with hands-on experience in launching and evaluating campaigns across paid media channels.
  • Experience in advising clients on translating insights into actionable strategies and measuring their impact.
  • Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • A passion for analyzing data to enhance understanding of customer behavior.
  • Enthusiasm for learning our product to strengthen relationships with both our product team and external clients.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including the ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
