Position Overview
The Senior Analyst for CRM is a key partner in reporting and analytics for the CRM division, focusing on email and SMS marketing initiatives. This role involves monitoring and analyzing the overall performance of EBG's CRM programs, including list growth, channel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and testing results. You will be tasked with understanding the factors influencing channel performance and proposing solutions and testing strategies to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Your analytical insights will play a crucial role in EBG's mission to deliver value to users, clients, and partners while driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Evaluate and report on the health of email and SMS lists, including new subscriber sources, unsubscribes, bounces, and overall engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and internal data teams to ensure the quality and accessibility of data necessary for reporting and analytics.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize content, subject lines, send times, and other critical elements to enhance performance.
- Assess the role of email and SMS within the broader marketing strategy and their impact on customer acquisition, retention, and website behavior.
- Assist the CRM team in developing targeted lists and cross-channel sending strategies based on customer behavior and characteristics.
- Implement advanced segmentation and contact strategies in partnership with the Digital Marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of all marketing channels.
- Clearly summarize key insights and recommendations for various internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Foster strong working relationships across departments and teams, built on trust and mutual respect.
Compensation: Salary Range: $110-150k
Salary will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM analytics, focusing on reporting and analysis of email programs and campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of B2C email marketing, database marketing, data integration, and CRM.
- Extensive hands-on experience with marketing mix models, multi-channel attribution, customer segmentation, and incrementality measurement approaches.
- Proficient in manipulating large, complex data sets and utilizing BI Tools (Tableau preferred) to summarize and visualize findings.
- Experience with enterprise-level digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data and information clearly to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week.
