Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior CRM Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise and deep knowledge in the CRM and Digital Experience space. The successful candidate will have a diverse marketing strategy background that includes data-driven insights, leadership, and communication planning recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams

Lead a cross-functional team in the collaborative development of base and/or acquisition program initiatives, including content strategy requirements for specific projects.

Develop Client Understanding

Develop a deep understanding of the clients' category and unique business dynamics within the category.

Consumer Behavior Analysis

Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from both first-party data sources and analyses as well as third-party research.

Marketing Automation Expertise

Be proactive in understanding marketing automation technologies and staying current with the latest industry platforms and capabilities.

Insightful Creative Briefs

Develop insightful creative briefs to provide focus and direction to developing creative program assets.

Customer Journey Mapping

Map customer journey to multi-channel touchpoints and identify opportunities for personalization.

Competitive Audits

Develop insights and opportunities based on competitive audits and landscape analysis.

Messaging and Content Guidance

Provide guidance across the messaging and content lifecycle.

New Business Contributions

Occasionally contribute to new business work and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience at an agency or within an advertising or marketing environment.
  • CRM and content strategy experience.
  • Telecom and/or tech brand experience, especially within the B2B space, is a plus. Experience working with Adobe, Marketo, and other tech stacks is preferable.
  • A self-starter who is competent in independent settings.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity and focus for cross-functional teams, and proactively navigate client organizations.
