We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Client Relationship Manager to take charge of our strategic accounts throughout North America. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main liaison for senior partners, ensuring their requirements are met and any challenges are swiftly addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the clients within your designated portfolio, including their markets, products, ongoing issues, and future projects.
  • Stay informed about our offerings and industry trends, facilitating effective communication and implementation with internal stakeholders.
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Achieve customer retention targets and promote the adoption of our Aggregation services and Content products.
  • Enhance existing processes and actively contribute to all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Report on the progress of monthly and quarterly projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to clients.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within the organization.
  • Recognize and define avenues for account expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management on commercial negotiations and marketing proposals.
  • Assist in forecasting and monitoring key account metrics.
  • Act as the primary contact for entering new markets and integrating new content.
  • Lead the initiation of new projects by identifying the appropriate stakeholders and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client performance expectations are met and implement technical solutions to maximize partnerships.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences, utilizing data to highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain active communication with relevant departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to our partners' needs.
  • Manage documentation for additional vendors and brands.
  • Coordinate internal meetings for project updates.
  • Occasionally travel for client engagements and events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in the iGaming sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused, with a strong drive to meet targets and uncover business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and eager to work with diverse departments.
  • Experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
