- Provide strategic advice to internal clients regarding the implications of market trends, operational changes, and organizational strategy.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Exercise prudent risk assessment in business decision-making, ensuring the protection of the organization's reputation and assets by adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
- A comprehensive understanding of various functional areas and their interrelations is essential for achieving departmental goals.
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills are necessary to guide and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with the capability to make informed decisions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and systems is preferred.
- CPA designation is advantageous.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
