Role Summary:
The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales and operational success of the clinic through effective customer interaction and loyalty initiatives. This position is responsible for warmly welcoming all clients upon arrival.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is essential, ensuring that all procedures, practices, client interactions, and environmental factors consistently foster a favorable client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:
Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with a friendly demeanor

Handle incoming calls, effectively managing multiple client priorities (including troubleshooting, scheduling, and operational tasks)

Deliver exceptional customer service to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while promoting client retention

Assist clients with scheduling needs and optimize appointment bookings

Facilitate client check-in and check-out processes, including payment handling

Conduct clinic tours for new clients as necessary

Proactively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products

Operational Duties:
Verify client information, medical history, and confirm the purpose of visits in line with established protocols

Provide chaperone services as required

Ensure clinic email communications are monitored and addressed appropriately

Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including treatment room upkeep and inventory management

Assist with inventory intake, recordkeeping, and supply ordering

Handle HIPAA-compliant record-keeping, including the creation and management of medical charts

Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations

Foster professional and collaborative relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve organizational and personal performance objectives

Other clinic-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in sales or customer service within a retail, restaurant, or similar in-person environment

Proficient in business tools (MS Office Suite, phone systems, Point of Sale systems, CRM)

Demonstrated ability to create outstanding customer experiences

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize client needs alongside operational responsibilities

Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive customer health information

Ability to quickly learn about products and services to assist with client inquiries

Adaptable learner with the capacity to understand concepts and protocols swiftly

Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of activity and ongoing changes
