What does a Construction Site Manager with Paul Davis do?

Construction Site Managers collaborate with property owners following distressing incidents such as fires or floods to manage the cleanup and restoration of both residential and commercial properties.

In this role, you will support the homeowner, project manager, and tradespeople throughout the renovation process.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality construction, remodeling, and restoration services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle and ensure all company equipment is in good condition.
Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
Achieve operational goals related to Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience.
Confirm budgets and work orders prior to project commencement.
Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
Engage in local community initiatives.
Seek partnerships to enhance performance with vendors and tradespeople.
Oversee the project life-cycle: understanding scope, scheduling work, managing tradespeople, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Polite, personable, and presentable at all times while on duty.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience (2-4 years).
Fluent in English.
Reliable and accountable, with transportation to and from work.
Valid driver's license (NYS Class D or equivalent).
Willingness to undergo a motor vehicle record check (in compliance with applicable laws).
Able to safely operate company vehicles (cargo vans, pickup trucks, etc.).
Willingness to undergo a consumer investigative report (in compliance with applicable laws).
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding drug use.
Willingness to participate in drug and alcohol testing (in compliance with applicable laws).
Able to work an entire shift in a smoke-free environment (8+ hours, including vaping).
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Safeguard company and customer property (including data and personal information).
Proficient in time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, and customer experience.
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and other technology platforms.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing, walking, and engaging in physical labor for extended periods.

Work activities will involve movements typical of a physically demanding job.

Such activities include (but are not limited to) sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, extending, bending, flexing, and turning.

You should be in good physical health and capable of meeting the following requirements throughout your tenure with the company:

Able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Able to lift 80+ pounds occasionally.
Medically fit to wear a respirator and pass a FIT test.
Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Full use of your senses of sight and hearing, as well as the ability to speak clearly.
