About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Store Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including loans, check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial services that meet customers' needs and preferences.
  • Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Build new business through inbound and outbound call campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Assist with customer account management and collections, accepting payments and monitoring customer appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and customer experience.
  • Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our evolving products and processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for business use (mileage compensated).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
