Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer onboarding and migration process, collaborating with customers, internal teams, and external partners as necessary.
  • Prioritize customer needs while implementing regional and global initiatives, adhering to established project protocols.
  • Ensure thorough project handovers and readiness assessments are conducted with Solutions Design teams, documenting any associated risks and follow-up actions.
  • Develop a comprehensive work breakdown structure, clearly defining roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved.
  • Confirm that all client requirements are fully understood and documented for subsequent teams to execute.
  • Create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment and approval from all parties involved.
  • Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere to promote collaboration and project success.
  • Take charge of project performance management, ensuring clear communication of project status, achievements, and any changes or risks.
  • Ensure end-to-end testing is completed, documented, and rectified in accordance with the global testing framework.
  • Establish project call structures and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Participate in team discussions, sharing insights and suggestions for process enhancements while supporting team members.

What You Will Handle:
  • Conduct readiness assessments and prepare handover documentation.
  • Maintain a documentation repository for customer projects.
  • Facilitate customer data collection and kickoff meetings.
  • Coordinate core setup requests at a global level.
  • Define roles and responsibilities through work breakdown structures.
  • Provide bi-weekly status reports and launch updates.
  • Manage global testing plans and document lessons learned.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $170,000, depending on the complexity of the role and the candidate's experience and skills.

This role also qualifies for our Annual Incentive Award plan, rewarding participants based on individual and company performance.
