Job Description

Raken Inc is a rapidly growing company that empowers the construction industry by introducing technology to a 7,000 year old industry. We are seeking a highly driven SMB Account Executive to join our team and help us transform the way the world builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a high number of inbound leads and facilitate them through the sales process
  • Generate revenue by converting trial users into paying customers
  • Schedule and provide web product demonstrations to showcase the value of our mobile collaboration platform
  • Provide general account management, email support, and assistance to potential customers
  • Assist customers in setting up accounts and share best practices for successful use of our platform
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines
  • Quickly respond to customer questions and provide recommendations for successful use of our product
  • Monitor existing accounts and help clients to be successful, which leads to upsell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the sales team
  • Represent our organization at trade shows, events, and demonstrations
  • Punctuality and regular attendance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SaaS experience in either an AE or SDR role
  • Salesforce and/or other CRM tools experience, along with Zoom, Gmail, and Slack experience are strongly desired
  • Experience within the construction industry is preferred
  • Smart, ambitious, willing to learn, and must be coachable
  • Customer-centric sales style - focused on helping and creating value for our customers instead of just making a sale
  • Team-oriented, but competitive nature
  • Love to help others and empathize with users of all experience levels
  • Have outstanding writing and communication skills
  • Enjoy solving problems and learning new things
  • Self-starter and will first try to solve any problem before asking for help
  • Reliable, optimistic, and super-organized
  • Love to understand the needs of our customers and ask for the sale
