Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Community Managers in formulating and executing strategic initiatives for community associations.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and financial documents.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure adherence to governing documents, laws, and regulations.
  • Oversee vendor agreements and guarantee timely completion of service requests.
  • Help coordinate community events, meetings, and educational workshops.
  • Respond swiftly to homeowner inquiries and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular property assessments to identify potential issues.
Qualifications

The Assistant Community Manager will handle a diverse range of tasks associated with community association management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to homeowners and board members.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing.
  • Engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Proficient communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.
