Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated full-time Investment Executive Assistant to provide support to our investment team. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals eager to delve into the investment sector, with the potential to acquire listed FINRA licenses while learning from seasoned Investment Executives.

Work Arrangement: This is a HYBRID position, allowing for remote work on designated days. Additionally, the role includes the possibility of earning an extra $15,000 annually in incentive compensation contingent upon obtaining FINRA licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional, proactive client service by addressing inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Prioritizing and managing client requests to ensure minimal effort on their part.
  • Maintaining effective communication with Investment Executives to uphold a high standard of client service.
  • Coordinating client meetings and facilitating periodic investment reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with operations teams to fulfill client requests efficiently.
  • Keeping client account and contact information current and precise.
  • Assisting with various special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 within six months of hire.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to tackle complex tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Genuine interest in investment and financial matters.
