As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing all accounts on your route, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the necessary tools are available for Sales Representatives to actively grow all accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather detailed notes on what is needed for shelves and displays in accounts
  • Ensure displays are well-maintained by organizing front-facing products on shelf to showcase key brands
  • Check inventory levels to ensure all products are represented on shelves
  • Rotate products as shelves are filled to maintain backroom and shelf standards
  • Repackage excess inventory into smaller formats to ensure sell-through
  • Move short-coded products to different accounts as needed to optimize sales
  • Organize and condense backroom section efficiently for drivers to deliver
  • Scan accounts for expired product, mark accordingly, and exchange as needed
  • Seek opportunities for point of sales and additional displays throughout account, and ensure all current displays include point of sale
  • Ensure price tags are on all items
  • Effectively communicate and update store decision-makers and Sales Representatives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel required to Stone accounts in assigned area for sales calls, events, etc. Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the last 5 years and reliable transportation
  • Valid CA driver's license required
