Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated full-time Investment Executive Assistant to support our investment team. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals keen on the investment sector, with the potential to acquire FINRA licenses and gain insights from seasoned Investment Executives.

Work Arrangement: This is a HYBRID position, allowing work from home on designated days. Additionally, the role offers the possibility of earning an extra $15,000 annually in incentive compensation contingent upon obtaining FINRA licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, proactive client service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate priorities and manage client requests with a focus on minimizing client effort.
  • Maintain effective communication with Investment Executives to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Coordinate client meetings and facilitate periodic investment reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to fulfill client requests efficiently.
  • Keep client account and contact information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with various special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and 65 or Series 66 within six months of hire.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team to achieve complex objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Genuine interest in investment and financial matters.
