Key Responsibilities
  • Support Community Managers in crafting and executing strategic initiatives for community associations.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, budgets, and financial documents alongside Community Managers.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to governing documents, laws, and regulations.
  • Oversee vendor agreements and guarantee timely execution of service requests.
  • Help coordinate community events, meetings, and educational workshops.
  • Address homeowner inquiries promptly and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
Qualifications

The Community Engagement Coordinator will manage a variety of tasks associated with community association oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to homeowners and board members.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capacity to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing throughout the workday.
  • Engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, associates, and vendors.
  • Effective communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.

Compensation: Hourly pay range of $18-$20 based on experience.
