Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Global Vendor Management Program, you will work closely with senior leadership from a select group of global Amazon vendors to support the growth of our mutual business and total relationship success across worldwide Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue across global Amazon
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor executives and Amazon teams across all Amazon countries and organizations
- Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with Amazon's global business objectives
- Collaborate with Amazon teams and leadership to overcome opportunity blockers and find practical solutions
- Author documents, emails, and presentations for senior leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and ability to earn trust with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
