About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our product selection, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve the quality and actionability of our selection data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new selection-focused products and enhancements, establishing goals, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard critical new in-demand products, managing prioritization and trade-offs between seller/customer needs and operational feasibility.
  • Drive the selection growth by leveraging data-driven insights, influencing senior leadership, and working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product, owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner, owning technology products, and influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
