Amazon DSP is a programmatic advertising product that enables campaigns across Amazon properties and third-party websites and apps. Our goal is to help customers find and discover anything they want to buy.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Business Development Manager to join our Amazon DSP team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business agreements, negotiating with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business agreements with clients
  • Negotiate with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a founder or executive in a related field
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and Amazon DSP

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
