Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth of our organization across various transportation sectors, including fixed route, paratransit, and diversified transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment of potential business opportunities and spearhead sales initiatives.
  • Enhance and maintain client relationships while developing strategic approaches to secure new contracts and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Commercial Development and the procurement team to ensure high-quality technical and pricing submissions.
  • Conduct extensive travel for project evaluations, field research, and client meetings.
  • Work directly with the Chief Development Officer to establish and achieve sales objectives that contribute to the company's financial growth.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key attributes include:

  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate the procurement process, including expertise in Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluations.
  • Experience in conducting thorough research and developing strategic proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple high-priority tasks and a willingness to travel extensively.
