Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

This position involves overseeing the effective management of the assigned department, which includes budget management, patient care service delivery, performance enhancement, regulatory compliance, and business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; a Master's Degree is preferred (MBA or MHA is essential).
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required; 5 years is preferred.
