Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressively increasing experience in business/program management/technology environment
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of project management and/or business experience
  • Certifications: PMP certification required
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Methodologies and Principles: Proficiency in advanced project management methodologies and Agile principles
  • Partnerships and Facilitation: Experience in developing strong, trusted partnerships with senior executives and constituent partners
  • Conflict Resolution and Change Management: Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Business Intelligence and Technology: Deep understanding of business intelligence/analytics and technology components of program/portfolio management
