Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Lending Operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee, guide, and manage all lending and collection functions for consumer, commercial, dealer, and real estate financing.
  • Drive loan portfolio growth while ensuring adherence to State and Federal regulations, as well as internal Credit Union policies.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of regulations impacting lending initiatives.
  • Demonstrate extensive expertise in consumer and real estate lending methodologies.
  • Participate as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to the achievement of overall Credit Union objectives.
Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years in consumer lending and five (5) years in real estate lending is required. Experience in commercial lending and collections is advantageous.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong grammar, mathematical, typing, and computer skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities, with a quick-thinking approach to resolving issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with the capacity to adapt to new technologies and various lending software platforms.
