Job Summary

HumCap, Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR professional to serve as Vice President of Human Resources. This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping the company's human capital strategy and driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Building: Lead and mentor HR professionals, foster a supportive work environment, and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop HR strategies aligning with growth plans, identify key HR priorities with senior leadership, and implement performance bonus plans aligned with company goals.
  • Business Acumen: Translate HR initiatives into business outcomes, partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, and utilize data insights for decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment and compliance, ensure consistent HR policies across locations, and identify process improvement opportunities in HR.
  • Culture and Values: Promote integrity, respect, and accountability, champion company values in HR practices, and foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Multisite environment experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset translating HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Expertise in performance bonus plans and incentive programs.
  • Proven ability in operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
