Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of Card Operations and ATM services.
  • Strategically plan, direct, and manage Card Operations, including debit, credit, and ATM card services.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to prioritize objectives and initiatives effectively.
  • Establish and execute departmental goals, objectives, and project timelines in coordination with internal partners and key vendor stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the Card Operations and ATM portfolio to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage the operational environment with a strong understanding of technology and infrastructure support needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to consumer and financial services.
  • Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget, including vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the assigned team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, Credit Unions, or Banking, with a minimum of 3 years in functional areas and 5-7 years in progressively responsible management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of credit union/banking operations and regulations governing card services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects effectively.
  • Experience with P&L management and understanding of revenue sources and expense management.
  • Project Management and business process improvement skills are highly desirable.
