Job Overview

This role is crucial for driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should be at ease with making numerous cold calls daily, collaborating with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying leads, and finalizing sales. Key Responsibilities

· Competitive hourly wage plus commission

· Generate new sales leads through inbound follow-ups and proactive cold outreach via calls and emails

· Assess customer needs and effectively communicate the advantages of our solutions

· Engage with B2B customer segments

· Direct qualified leads to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further action

· Conduct account research, identify key decision-makers, and stimulate interest

· Maintain and grow your prospect database

· Collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline and secure deals

· Proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships

· Demonstrate products and represent the company at meetings and conferences, both in-person and virtually

· Monitor KPIs, milestones, and all activities within the CRM system

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline

· Quick learner with strategic thinking capabilities

· Strong phone skills with experience making a high volume of calls

· Technologically proficient

· Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently

· Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
