JMAC Lending is seeking a dedicated Wholesale Account Executive to cater to Wholesale and Non-Delegated Correspondent clients. The role involves driving product sales by advocating for JMAC's Brand, Loan Products, and Services to Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, and Credit Unions, while cultivating robust relationships and offering continuous training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular sales contact, manage the pipeline, and keep detailed sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with Operations Staff to ensure smooth loan processing from Submission to Funding.
- Oversee the loan pipeline effectively.
- Develop new business opportunities, enhance existing client relationships, and guarantee overall client satisfaction.
- Gather approval packages for new clients as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in the Wholesale lending sector.
- Prior experience as a Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
