Mortgage Sales Executive - Texas
JMAC Lending is actively seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to cater to Wholesale and Non-Delegated Correspondent clientele. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving product sales by promoting JMAC's brand, loan offerings, and services to Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, and Credit Unions. This role emphasizes building strong relationships and providing continuous training and support.
- Maintains comprehensive sales contact, pipeline, and relevant sales activity reports.
- Collaborates with Operations Staff to ensure seamless loan processing from Submission to Funding.
- Oversees the management of the loan pipeline.
- Develops new business opportunities, nurtures existing business relationships, and guarantees overall client satisfaction.
- Secures approval packages for new clients as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in the Wholesale lending sector.
- Required prior experience as a Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive.
- At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
