Role Summary:

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in achieving retention and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, enhancing platform utilization through targeted initiatives.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging software presentations that effectively communicate Invoca's unique value propositions.
  • Value Communication: Articulate Invoca's benefits clearly, customizing messages to address specific client challenges.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate reports on renewal and expansion forecasts, providing insights to meet growth objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with customer goals.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS role, particularly in marketing technology or ad tech.
  • Industry Insight: Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing technology, with a background in account management or sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in modern SaaS tools, including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of building rapport through a consultative approach.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proven experience in negotiating business terms and managing contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google AdWords and programmatic media platforms.
  • Industry Experience: Background in sectors such as Travel, Insurance, or Financial Services is advantageous.
