Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator is tasked with delivering a comprehensive range of technical and administrative human resources management services, focusing on personnel actions and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential office support, including answering calls, document scanning, and filing.
  • Manage external communication channels to facilitate documentation exchange with applicants.
  • Document and confirm receipt of necessary forms (such as resumes and military discharge papers) and upload them into the designated automated application system.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical records of all applicants.
  • Prepare and send various form letters to candidates.
  • Collaborate with division offices to gather required information or documents.
  • Issue tentative or final offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Process and distribute HR personnel documents.
  • Handle payroll and personnel actions within designated databases.
  • Prepare and submit pre-employment packages as per agency guidelines.
  • Conduct data analysis and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
  • Utilize eRecruit systems to draft vacancy announcements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience with an Associate's Degree, or two years of experience with a BA or BS degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in coding or processing various personnel actions as outlined in the relevant guidelines.
