Position Overview

The Head of Human Resources Operations will play a crucial role in cultivating a transformative workplace culture that prioritizes employee growth and well-being. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic ally to our organizational leaders, spearheading initiatives and programs that align with our mission and values while promoting an inclusive and growth-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new employees.
  • Enhance performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflict resolution and disciplinary matters effectively.
  • Communicate and analyze HR metrics and analytics to senior leadership, focusing on trends in recruitment, promotions, retention, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Leverage HR analytics to derive insights and offer data-driven recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Cultural Development:
  • Design and implement cultural initiatives that resonate with the company's mission and values.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and growth, ensuring diversity and inclusion are integral to all organizational practices.
  • Act as a role model for the company's mission, values, and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in people-related strategies and initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in human resources, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance individual performance.
  • Oversee payroll administration and management of employee benefits and retirement plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in people analytics, recruitment, or HR operations.
  • Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Proven experience in developing, scaling, and refining HR processes and programs in compliance with legal standards.
  • Experience managing HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems).
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics to drive outcomes, including creating data dashboards for visualization.
  • Experience managing a comprehensive suite of employee benefits and payroll processing.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing people and cultural strategies, particularly in hybrid-remote work settings.
Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
