Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and placement procedures, including preparing vacancy announcements and screening applications.
  • Provide assistance in staffing projects and perform detailed reviews of documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR services and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, conduct HR Internet searches, and handle various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Generalist 2 or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Excel. Experience working with databases is a plus.

Additional Qualifying Factors:

As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. The Tatitlek Corporation promotes diversity and equality in the workplace.

Compensation:

$92,414.40/annually
