Job Summary:
The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and placement procedures, including preparing vacancy announcements and screening applications.
- Provide assistance in staffing projects and perform detailed reviews of documentation.
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR services and procedures.
- Prepare reports, conduct HR Internet searches, and handle various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Generalist 2 or equivalent experience.
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Excel. Experience working with databases is a plus.
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. The Tatitlek Corporation promotes diversity and equality in the workplace.
Compensation:
$92,414.40/annually
