YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION:

An IT Support Representative plays a crucial role at AHF by addressing user inquiries, evaluating issues with IT systems and applications, and assisting in resolving these challenges for end users. The representative will collaborate closely with other IT department members to support tasks that extend beyond their expertise.

This position enhances AHF's reputation by providing primary technical assistance to end users on various hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues. Responsibilities include responding to, documenting, and resolving service requests promptly in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to diagnose, assess, and resolve complex issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

The IT Support Representative will be part of a cohesive team responsible for conducting root cause analyses, developing checklists for common issues, and recommending procedures and controls for problem prevention. This role will support various platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing systems.

Qualifications: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification (preferred)
