Client Support Specialist Job Description

Summary/Objective

The Client Support Specialist serves as a vital connection between clients and the organization. This position entails managing orders, delivering product insights, and resolving client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client calls and emails regarding support and sales inquiries
  • Process incoming orders efficiently
  • Provide clients with information about pricing, shipping timelines, and other relevant details
  • Monitor orders to guarantee prompt delivery
  • Document and organize order records
  • Prepare and dispatch quotations to partners in a timely manner
  • Inform clients about available discounts and promotional offers
  • Address product-related questions and guide clients to suitable resources
  • Manage client complaints and offer effective solutions
