About the Role

Franklin Templeton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IS Analyst - Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Support Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our employees in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support and customer service for the Fort Lauderdale office, ensuring effective relationships with senior-level employees and administrative support teams.
  • Address technical issues in a timely manner, providing concise and timely updates to customers.
  • Coordinate, set up, and support technologies used in Conference Rooms, including Audio Visual Support for internal meetings.
  • Manage the ticketing queues to ensure issues are prioritized and actioned, escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer within IT and with outside technical groups, driving issues to closure.
  • Order and maintain inventory of IT assets, and coordinate and support office moves and user restacks.
  • Project work related to acquisitions and integration of companies, including coordinating and supporting technology implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years full-time experience in a similar fast-paced and dynamic environment in a desktop support role.
  • Highly proficient in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, iOS, and Mobile Technologies.
  • Availability to provide support outside business hours.
  • Excellent skills and abilities in organization, planning, multi-tasking, and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to actively participate as part of a team as well as work independently.
  • Strong service delivery and customer management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple facets of the business in a corporate environment.
  • Experience using ServiceNow Ticketing system.
