YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:

An IT Support Representative plays a vital role at AHF by addressing user inquiries, diagnosing issues with IT equipment and applications, and assisting in resolving these challenges for end users. The representative will collaborate closely with other IT department members to support tasks that may exceed their expertise.

This position enhances AHF's reputation by providing primary technical support to end users regarding various technical issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Responsibilities include responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets promptly in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). Strong problem-solving skills are essential to effectively diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex situations, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

The IT Support Representative will be part of a cohesive team responsible for conducting root cause analyses, developing checklists for common issues, and recommending procedures and controls to prevent future problems. This role will support various platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment.

Qualifications: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification (preferred)
