YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION:
An IT Support Representative plays a crucial role at AHF by addressing user inquiries, diagnosing issues with IT systems and applications, and assisting in resolving these challenges for end users. The representative will collaborate closely with other IT personnel to support tasks that may extend beyond their expertise.
This position enhances AHF's reputation by providing primary technical assistance to end users on various hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Responsibilities include responding to, documenting, and resolving service requests promptly in accordance with service level agreements (SLA). Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to diagnose, assess, and resolve complex issues, or escalate them to the appropriate IT staff when necessary.

The IT Support Representative will work within a cohesive team to conduct root cause analyses, develop checklists for common issues, and recommend procedures and controls to prevent future problems. This role will support various platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification (preferred)
