Role Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies aimed at driving sales growth, enhancing profit margins, and broadening market reach to meet financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying key market segments, establishing partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to foster new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives targeting priority markets and key customers.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and service offerings.
  • Oversee financial assessments, proposal crafting, and negotiations for new business ventures.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to stay informed on market developments.
  • Act as a catalyst for new business opportunities.
  • Enhance existing customer relationships while adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to convert qualified leads into successful closures.
  • Manage the sales process through internal systems, ensuring CRM is actively maintained to drive results.
  • Promote and sustain a culture of entrepreneurial growth within the organization.
  • Engage with key customers and partners through travel to support business expansion.
  • Provide insights on product development and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile:
