Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to oversee designated accounts and cultivate a specific territory. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients to broaden your account base. We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented individual with strong communication abilities. Location:
Flexible working arrangements available, including office, hybrid, or remote options. Initial on-site training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Prospecting:
    Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify leads within the target market. Research potential clients and key decision-makers. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our Outside Sales Executives. Effectively convey the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance inside sales. Utilize effective email campaigns, engaging text messaging, and improve online visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and optimize communication channels. Analyze data to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Product Expertise:
    Acquire a thorough understanding of our facility services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and leads.
  • Sales Support:
    Work closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure a seamless transition of appointments and information. Provide pre-appointment materials to Sales Executives.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience in outbound cold calling sales, appointment setting, or lead generation, particularly in B2B sales. Experience in facility services or related industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional phone communication and cold-calling skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
  • Stable work history
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
